If you are a Landlord or/and Property Owner looking for a guaranteed fixed monthly rental income and free management, you are in the right place!

Our main focus is on providing you with more freedom with your property, to create peace of mind by managing your property on a daily basis and creating truly passive income for you. 

We are not a typical management company, so we do not charge you any fees for managing your property. In fact, we pay you!  

You receive a fixed monthly rent for the lease of your property. This amount is guaranteed whether we have full occupancy or not – so you don’t have to worry about voids.

We are also responsible for day to day maintenance up to an agreed standard, moreover we hire cleaners to clean your property. 

We are committed to keeping your property in top condition in order to keep our professional guests happy and keep the local businesses engaging with us. 

This means your property is kept in great condition, and ensures that at the end of tenancy term we return your property back to you in the same or even better condition. 

There are two main ways that we are able to work with you:

1.  Management Agreement or Commercial Lease Agreement – this is a standard lease that makes us your main tenant and gives us the ability to put our clients into your house. 

2.  Rent to Buy – is similar to the commercial lease agreement, in the sense that we would rent the property from you for a set period, but we would also have the ability to purchase the property at any time during the rental period for a price set by you.
